Hiking
Explore Western Wyoming by Foot
“We don’t stop going into the mountains because we grow old. We grow old because we stop going into the mountains”
- Finis Mitchell
Sublette County offers endless opportunities for outdoor adventures including hiking, backpacking, and climbing. Get away from the crowds and enjoy both the amazing Wyoming and Wind River Range. Most famous are Titcomb Basin in the center of the Wind River and Cirque of the Towers in the south. Be sure to check out the Wyoming Range with hundreds of trails and public
land. The Continental Divide Trail travels through the Wind River Range from north to south and the Sublette County Visitor Center is your informational hub.
